POLICIES

WELCOME:

Welcome to Katie Bug's Custom Creations! I make many different items. Name/Word blocks, photo blocks, memo/quote boards, canvases, and many other items. If you don't see what you are looking for, please feel free to contact me and we can work together on getting exactly what you need!

I also am just starting out with making handmade cards, so if you are looking for fun custom card, let me know and I can create something for you.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Pre-made items: Just purchase the listing as it is listed and the item will be shipped within the next 48 hours.

Custom items: Please contact me with details of what you would like the items to look like. I will send you colors, designs, etc for your approval. Once you have approved it, I will send you a paypal invoice. Once you have paid for the item, I will start making the item. After I have completed the item a picture will be sent for your approval, once approved I will then seal the item and in 48 hours the item will be sent to you.

SHIPPING POLICY:

I try to ship the cheapest way possible, but the blocks are pretty heavy. The shipping also includes handling and with handling, I make sure every blocks is wrapped separately to ensure they make it to their new home without anything rubbing off on them. The canvases will not be shipped in a box. I will wrap them and them wrap them in a thicker paper and ship them that way. Shipping with also include a confirmation number. Once the package is sent, I will send you an email with the confirmation number.

Insurance: Is $1.10 extra. When you contact me, please let me know that you would or would not like insurance. If you do, I will add on the extra cost.

I do ship out of the US. Please contact me before purchasing and I will take the number of blocks to the post office, weigh them and get the international shipping cost and let you know the costs, before making a custom order for you.

REFUND POLICY:

Since I send a picture prior to sending for your approval, I do not allow refunds.

I do offer insurance on all of my items.
